We need to add new users to our team. How will that be billed?

How do I pay for the Starter or Professional plan?
You can pay with a credit card or via net banking (if you’re in United States). We will renew your subscription automatically at the end of every billing cycle.
Are refunds available?
In most circumstances, yes. We take pride in our customer-service and product. If you're not satisfied, contact us and we'll provide a refund after reviewing your account.
Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations or educational institutions?
We offer a 20% discount for not-for-profit businesses (B-corps) and educational organizations. Contact sales to get the discount applied to your account.
